After you have placed your order, we will check our
inventory and then send you an email containing your order summary and the
dates we expect your merchandise to be packed and ready for shipment. Once
your order is in transit, an automated delivery email we will
be sent to you confirming that your order has left our
warehouse.
In general, orders that are placed take 24 - 48
hours for processing. Once your order has been processed, your package
will be assembled and shipped to you by the carrier of your choice.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates
We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our
facilities in Florida and New York. Estimated shipping dates are based on several
factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and
assemble items for shipment, and whether you have requested that we minimize
the number of shipments or ship items as they become available.
Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of
dates. It is entirely possible for an item that has not shipped by the
beginning of the date range to still arrive within our stated delivery
estimate.
We calculate delivery estimates by taking our
estimated shipping dates and adding the time it takes a package to travel
from our facilities to your final destination address.

Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding
holidays observed by UPS, such as New Year's Day,
Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,
and Christmas.
Delivery times are not guaranteed. Sometimes the availability of the items
in your order may change while we are processing your order. In this event,
you will receive an email notifying you of a delay, and the remaining
eligible items in your order will be shipped as scheduled.
Calculating Shipping Costs
Please note that the shipping rates for all of the items we sell are
weight-based. We have integrated an automatic shipping calculator that
automatically calculates the rates of each carrier we use to delivery your
order. Each item on Thebabybasketboutique.com has a weight and
dimension assigned to
it, as we use a weight-based calculation methodology. There are no
additional shipping and handling charges added to your order.
To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will
be rounded up to the next full pound.
Tax Information
In accordance with applicable law, TheBabyBasketBoutique.com currently collects
sales tax in the following states: FL. Sales tax is applied to the total
amount of the order, including shipping and handling charges and gift-wrap
fees (where applicable) and is based on the shipment's destination state and
local sales tax rates.
For your planning and convenience, we display an estimated sales tax amount
when orders are placed. The exact sales tax will be listed on your invoice
(packing slip) and reflects all state and local taxes of your order
destination at the time your order is shipped.
No sales tax is charged on the purchase of Gift
Certificates. However, purchases paid for with Gift Certificates, Reward
Certificates, or other online currencies will be charged sales tax where
required.
Refusing Delivery
If you refuse a non-damaged basket, you will be
charged for the return shipping costs.

If you return, refuse, or miss your delivery
appointment(s) for a non-defective/un-damaged product, you will be
responsible for all return shipping costs.

carrier in advance, they may be deducted from your refund, after the

Our Returns Policy
You may return most items sold by TheBabyBasketBoutique.com within 30 days of
delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the
return is a result of our error.
We will only issue partial refunds for the return
of certain items, including:

original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. |

Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any products.
Products returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
All returns must be accompanied by an original
packing slip, in new condition, and in their original packaging and boxes.
Also, please include a note indicating the reason for your return.

does not refund original shipping charges on returns that are not the result
of an error on our part. You are responsible for the shipping cost of
returning unwanted items.
