on the "Update Cart" button. Once the screen is refreshed, select
the shipping rate and carrier of your choice.

(b) next, click on the "Update Cart" button, (c) then, select the
shipping rate and carrier of choice.

Click on the "Pay now with PayPal" button to proceed to
checkout.
